Dan Monteavaro - Canvas Art Prints

Originally from New York and currently works in both New York and Los Angeles. Conceptualizing the idea of pixelization and how we as a whole are now perceiving things based on less of a visual reference point and more from a digital view is the basis for his current works. Combining images of mass media and comic book imagery from the 60’s, the works explore how the stories involved become more intrinsically close to the viewer in terms of how certain parts are exaggerated and the juxtaposition of content.
