What are the image specifications required to order a Custom Print?

The larger the resolution the better! As a general rule of thumb, we suggest the image is at least half the dimensions of your Custom Print (i.e. a 12"x12" Custom Print needs an image at least 6"x6"). To ensure high quality, your image file size must be a minimum of 500KB.

What image file types will work for custom canvas and acrylic prints?

We can create your Custom Print with images formatted as .jpg, .tiff, .pdf, .png, or .gif.

Where do I select my desired Custom Print material, size, and frame?

Once your picture is uploaded to your iCanvas account, you'll be taken to a page to select all your options.

How long will I have access to the images I upload to my iCanvas account?

Images you upload that are not used as part of a Custom Print order will be removed after 30 days. Any images used in an order will be removed 90 days after your purchase.

Will I be able to review my final Custom Print image before printing?

Yes. Because sometimes your original image may need to be cropped or edited slightly, we will send you a proof to review before we print your order within 2 business days. We start creating your artwork after you approve the final image.

When can I expect my Custom Print to arrive?

Most orders are shipped within 6 business days after you approve your final image proof. Once your artwork is shipped, we will email you with tracking details.
