Sue Coccia

Based in Edmonds, Washington, Sue Coccia creates illustrations of animals with intricate patterns and symbols resembling totems. Aiming to promote protection for the habitats of endangered species, she also incorporates “symbolism of Native American, Polynesian, and Aboriginal cultures, and basic elements like water, sky and the moon.” From flying blue herons to humpback whales to luna moths, we think her artwork can be a great way to add some wildlife and fascinating vibes to your space.

Helina Ekanem

Based in England, Helina Ekanem creates soft illustrations of faceless black women in dreamy nature scenes and portraits. Using a gentle color palette, she hopes to empower “black women through her work by creating a positive representation”.
