Residing in Strasbourg, France, Tom Kingue creates digital art of famous rappers and singers, basketball players, movie and anime characters, and more. Aspiring to “make art that illustrates people or moments that had an impact on pop culture”, he often honors celebrities that passed away by showing them with angel wings and halos.
